Signmania produces custom-cut styrofoam letters, numbers, and shapes from our modern, eco-friendly Bankstown facility. Orders are placed online at any time through our online system, keeping the process efficient from submission through to collection.

Options

50mm Thickness: The lighter option is well-suited to wall-mounted signs, hanging pieces, and indoor displays where keeping weight down matters. Easy to handle and install without much setup.

150mm Thickness: A deeper, more substantial option for freestanding letters or larger pieces that need extra stability. Commonly used where the sign needs to hold its own without being mounted or supported.

Panel sizes available: 2000 × 1180mm, 1180 × 1180mm, and 590 × 1180mm. Each job is cut to your artwork file, matched to the selected panel size.
